Contact Tracing with TraceSCAN
Integrating with Facedrive’s vertical “ Facedrive Health”, Facedrive Foods has incorporated its proprietary contact tracing solution, “TraceSCAN”. The device, built with leading-edge bluetooth technology, enables drivers to appropriately and timely take the necessary precautions in social distancing and isolation efforts, when encountering positive cases of COVID-19. By being the first food delivery company to offer a contact tracing solution, Facedrive Foods has demonstrated a paradigmatic example of being a trendsetter and paving the way for safer food delivery, as the world shifts to takeout in a pandemic-plagued society.
In-App Temperature Display
This function enables customers to see the temperature of the driver bringing their order, and if someone has above average body temperature, the app will disable the driver from delivering the order.
Contactless Delivery
To limit the interactions between the customer and the driver, Facedrive Foods has introduced no contact delivery. As a default service, the driver will deliver your order without contact. Customers can select the desired drop-off location so convenience is still at the core of the delivery process.
